The scope of each project, including deliverables, timelines, revision limits, milestones, pricing, and project requirements, will be specified in the approved quotation, proposal, invoice, or service agreement provided by Vexrix. Any services requested outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and revised timelines.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require an advance payment before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule or before the final delivery of the project.
Payments must be completed using the payment methods approved by Vexrix. Any applicable taxes, transaction charges, or government fees shall be the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise stated.
Vexrix reserves the right to suspend or delay work if payments are not received within the agreed timeframe.
By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate project requirements, necessary documents, branding materials, content, and timely feedback throughout the project.
You agree to remain reasonably available for communication during the project and to review submitted work within a reasonable period. Delays in approvals, content submission, or communication may result in adjustments to the agreed project timeline, for which Vexrix shall not be held responsible.
If the Client becomes unresponsive for more than seven (7) consecutive calendar days without prior notice, Vexrix reserves the right to place the project on hold until communication resumes.
Estimated timelines are based on the information available at the start of the project and assume timely communication from both parties. Project schedules may be adjusted if the project scope changes, additional requirements are introduced, or delays occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Final deliverables, including website files, design assets, source files, documentation, or other agreed materials, will be delivered after full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The exact deliverables for each project will be outlined in the approved proposal or agreement.
Revision limits vary depending on the selected service or project agreement. Revisions apply only to work within the original project scope.
Requests involving new functionality, additional pages, major design changes, or new features after approval may be treated as additional work and quoted separately before implementation.
Ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the Client only after full payment has been received.
Until payment is completed, all concepts, drafts, source files, code, designs, and related project materials remain the intellectual property of Vexrix.
Vexrix retains ownership of its internal tools, frameworks, templates, development methods, reusable components, and proprietary processes used during the project.
Vexrix agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information, business strategies, documents, or non-public information shared by the Client during the course of the project.
This obligation does not prevent Vexrix from displaying publicly available final work unless otherwise agreed through a written confidentiality agreement.
Either party may cancel a project before substantial work has commenced.
If the Client cancels the project after work has begun, the Client shall remain responsible for payment covering all work completed up to the cancellation date.
Any advance payments already made may be non-refundable depending on the amount of work completed.
Vexrix reserves the right to cancel a project before commencement and provide a full refund of any payments received.
